RETURN & REFUND POLICY


At Evermore Upcycled, every garment is handmade with intention. We want you to truly love your piece. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how returns work:


ELIGIBILITY

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

• Once approved, your item must be shipped back within 30 days.

• Custom pieces, discounted pieces, and final-sale items are not eligible for return.

• Because each garment is one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be available.

• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days with photos so we can make it right.


SHIPPING & COSTS

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error.

• Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

• If a mistake was made on our end, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund.


REFUNDS

• Once we receive your return and inspect it, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.


EXCHANGES

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or piece, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible.
